Refund policy

At Sellzaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility for Returns
- You can return products within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products must include all tags, labels, and original packaging.

Free Return Shipping
- We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. You do not have to pay any return shipping charges.

No Restocking Fee
- We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
2. Select the order and click on "Return Item".
3. Choose the reason for return and submit the request.
4. Our team will provide a return shipping label (free of cost).
5. Pack the item securely and drop it at the nearest courier pickup point.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items with broken seals (for hygiene reasons)
